Paid sessions can be securely booked using Razorpay at the time of scheduling. You’ll receive an instant confirmation once payment is processed.
Free sessions are short introductory consultations (usually 15–20 minutes) to understand your concerns and guide you toward the right approach. Paid sessions (typically 45–60 minutes) are full counselling sessions focused on deeper therapeutic work and strategies.
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet. You’ll receive a secure meeting link in your confirmation email after booking.

Yes. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 1 hour before the session via your booking confirmation email or by contacting support@mendmindz.com.
Refunds are available only if cancelled at least 1 hour before your scheduled session.
No refunds will be issued for missed sessions without prior notice.
However, you can request to reschedule your missed session for another convenient time.
Unfortunately, no refunds are issued for no-shows.

Absolutely. All discussions during your counselling sessions are strictly confidential and handled in accordance with ethical and professional guidelines.
MendMindz counselling sessions are not intended for emergencies.
If you’re in immediate danger or feeling suicidal, please reach out to your local emergency number or mental health helpline right away.
Our sessions are conducted by qualified, trained psychologists who specialize in evidence-based counselling and emotional wellness.
